RISK-FREE FRAGRANCE 

Available to Australian delivery addresses only.

With the purchase of any 50ml or 100ml SŚAINT fragrance, customers will receive one (1) complimentary 3ml sample of the same fragrance purchased.

The complimentary sample is provided to allow customers to experience the fragrance before opening the full-size bottle. Customers may spray and wear the 3ml sample before deciding whether to keep their full-size fragrance.

If the fragrance is not the right match, customers may return the full-size 50ml or 100ml fragrance unopened, unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

The complimentary 3ml sample does not need to be returned and may be opened and used.

To be eligible for a return under this offer:

  • The full-size fragrance must remain unopened, unused and sealed.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The offer applies only to purchases delivered to an Australian address.
  • If multiple qualifying fragrances are purchased, each qualifying fragrance will be accompanied by a corresponding 3ml sample.

Store credits will be processed once the returned full-size fragrance has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SŚAINT uses PAYPAL for its online credit card transactions. 
Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by SSAINT PARFUM or any outside party. All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

    Where provided, sunglasses cases, pouches, and any specialty collaboration packaging must be returned together with the sunglasses for any return or exchange to be accepted. Items returned without original cases or packaging may be refused or deemed ineligible for refund or store credit.

    If we believe a bottle has been used, tampered with, damaged, or is otherwise not in a condition that allows it to be resold, we reserve the right to decline the return. Any returned item must be received in its original, resellable condition to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

    7. SHEVOKE WEBSITE PURCHASES
    Any purchases made via the SHEVOKE website are processed and fulfilled independently by SHEVOKE. All enquiries relating to orders, shipping, returns, or exchanges for purchases made on the SHEVOKE website must be directed to SHEVOKE and are subject to SHEVOKE’s own terms and policies. SŚAINT is not responsible for orders placed through the SHEVOKE website.

    8. SUNGLASSES & PRODUCT CARE
    Sunglasses included in the collection are fashion accessories and should be handled with care. To maintain product quality, customers should avoid exposure to extreme heat, harsh chemicals, and abrasive surfaces. Scratches, lens damage, or general wear and tear resulting from improper use or storage are not considered manufacturing faults. Unless otherwise stated, sunglasses are not intended for use as protective eyewear.

    Where provided, sunglasses cases, pouches, or specialty collaboration packaging are included as part of the product presentation and may vary between styles. These items are not sold separately and are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund if lost, damaged, or subject to general wear and tear. Minor variations or imperfections in packaging are not considered faults.

    9. FAULTY ITEMS
    If you believe your item is faulty, please contact the relevant retailer (SŚAINT or SHEVOKE) from whom the purchase was made. Assessment and resolution will be handled in accordance with their respective policies and applicable consumer laws.

    10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, SŚAINT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Collection or the use of purchased products.
