Spritz Club Terms & Conditions
SŚAINT Spritz Club is SŚAINT’s rewards program (“Program”).
The Program is free to join. By participating, you agree to SŚAINT’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- The SŚAINT Loyalty Program launched on 10 March 2026. Orders placed prior to this date are not eligible to earn or be credited with loyalty points.
- Membership is only available to Australian customers. There is no minimum spend required to begin earning points.
- Members will earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases. Points are calculated based on the portion of the order total paid directly by the customer. Payments made using gift cards, vouchers, store credits, discount codes, as well as shipping fees and applicable taxes, are excluded from points calculations.
- Points may be subject to minimum spend requirements and expiry dates when redeemed. Unless otherwise stated, points will expire 365 days from the date they are earned.
- Tier status (if applicable) is determined by a rolling 12-month spend period. This is not based on the calendar year but begins from the date a qualifying spend threshold is reached. If your spend drops below a tier threshold within this period, your membership tier may be adjusted accordingly.
- Returns, refunds, or cancellations will result in points being reversed and may affect your tier status.
- Tier benefits, including welcome rewards, are only available when entering a new tier and will not be reissued if a tier is regained after a downgrade.
- Early access to product launches, promotions, or sales may be offered at SŚAINT’s discretion. Availability and timing are not guaranteed and may vary.
- SŚAINT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, including any associated benefits, points structure, or promotions, at any time without prior notice.
Vouchers and Benefits

This offer is exclusively available to Spritz Club members who registered via the designated sign-up link by 9:00am 7th May 2026 (AEST).
Only customers who sign up before this time will receive the code via the corresponding email. Customers who register after this deadline will not be eligible.

1. Eligibility
Points redemption vouchers are available to members of the SŚAINT Spritz Club VIP program who have accrued sufficient points to redeem a reward.2. Offer Details
Members may redeem their points for a voucher of the following values, subject to points availability:
$15 voucher
$20 voucher
$30 voucher
$40 voucher
Voucher will be issued to the member’s registered account and/or email upon successful redemption of points.
3. Validity Period
Points redemption vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Unused vouchers will automatically expire after this period and cannot be reinstated.
Points used to redeem an expired voucher will not be refunded.4. Redemption
Voucher must be applied at checkout to redeem.
Valid for one-time use only per customer.
Voucher is applied as a fixed discount and is not redeemable for cash.
Minimum spend requirements may apply (if applicable, as specified at time of redemption).
5. Exclusions
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, promotions, rewards, or offers.
Excludes gift cards, bundles, and selected promotional items (including sale or marked-down items unless otherwise specified).
6. Account Requirements
Voucher is linked to the customer’s account and is non-transferable.
Customer must be logged into their account to redeem the voucher.
7. Returns & Exchanges
If an order using a points redemption voucher is returned, the voucher and redeemed points will not be reissued or refunded.
If the voucher value exceeds the order total, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
Standard returns policy applies to any eligible items.
8. Misuse & Abuse
SŚAINT reserves the right to cancel or refuse any voucher where fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms is suspected.9. Changes to Promotion
SŚAINT reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the points redemption program or vouchers at any time without prior notice.10. General
By redeeming points for a voucher, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable site-wide policies. -
1. Eligibility
Birthday rewards are available to members of the SŚAINT Spritz Club program with an active account.2. Offer Details
Eligible members will receive 50 loyalty points as a birthday reward.Points are awarded as a one-time annual benefit per customer.
3. Birthday Submission Requirements
Points are not issued immediately upon entering a birthdate.To qualify for the birthday reward in the current year, customers must add and save their birthdate to their account at least 30 days prior to their birthday.
If a birthdate is added within 30 days of the customer’s birthday, the reward will be issued in the following calendar year.
4. Points Issuance
Birthday points are issued daily at approximately 2:00 PM in Sydney (AEST)/ 3:00 PM in Sydney (AEDT) on the customer’s birthday. This schedule does not change based on your account’s timezone.5. Validity of Points
Birthday reward points are subject to the standard SŚAINT Spritz Club points expiry policy.Unused points will expire in accordance with the program’s general terms.
6. Account Requirements
The birthday reward is linked to the customer’s account and is non-transferable.Customers must ensure their account details, including birthdate, are accurate.
7. Limitations
Only one birthday reward is permitted per customer per year.Duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of points.
8. Misuse & Abuse
SŚAINT reserves the right to withhold or cancel birthday rewards where fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.9. Changes to Promotion
SŚAINT reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the birthday rewards program at any time without prior notice.10. General
By participating in the birthday rewards offer, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable SŚAINT Spritz Club program policies. -

Free shipping vouchers are available to members of the SŚAINT Spritz Club VIP program who have accrued sufficient points to redeem this reward.2. Offer Details
Members may redeem points for a free standard shipping voucher (up to the value of $10).
The voucher will be issued to the member’s registered account and/or email upon successful redemption.3. Validity Period
Free shipping vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Unused vouchers will automatically expire after this period and cannot be reinstated.
Points used to redeem an expired voucher will not be refunded.4. Redemption
Voucher must be applied at checkout to redeem.
Valid for one-time use only per customer.
Applies to standard shipping only unless otherwise specified.
If shipping cost exceeds $10, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
Not redeemable for cash or credit.
5. Exclusions

May be unavailable in conjunction with certain promotional or free shipping campaigns.

Tier reward vouchers are issued to members of the SŚAINT Spritz Club VIP program upon reaching an eligible tier threshold (Signature, Privé, or Smokeshow).2. Offer Details
Eligible members will receive a one-time tier reward voucher based on their tier level:- Signature: $30 voucher
- Privé: $40 voucher
- Smokeshow: $50 voucher
Voucher will be issued to the member’s registered account and/or email upon qualifying.
3. Validity Period
Tier reward vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Unused vouchers will automatically expire after this period and cannot be reinstated.4. Redemption
- Voucher must be applied at checkout to redeem.
- Valid for one-time use only per customer.
- Minimum spend requirements may apply (if applicable, as specified at time of issue).

Complimentary shipping is currently only available to Smokeshow tier members of the SŚAINT Spritz Club VIP program who are located in Australia only.
Eligibility is determined based on the customer’s shipping address.
Eligible customers must be logged into their account for this benefit to apply.
The complimentary shipping benefit provides free standard shipping up to a maximum value of $10 AUD. If shipping costs exceed $10, the remaining balance will be payable by the customer.
This benefit is applied at the time of purchase only and cannot be added, adjusted, or refunded after an order has been placed.
Not eligible for application to previous orders.
Offer is not redeemable for cash or store credit.
This benefit is exclusive to eligible Smokeshow tier members only and is strictly non-transferable and cannot be shared or used by other customers or accounts.
This benefit cannot be used in conjunction with most discount codes or promotional offers. Please refer to specific promotion Terms & Conditions where applicable.
