At SŚAINT, we aim to make your return experience as simple and hassle-free as possible. While we hope you love every purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If that’s the case, we're here to help.

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No worries! You can return items for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and free from makeup or marks.

- Items marked as final sale or part of a promotion are non-returnable unless faulty.

- Items can be returned for store credit only.

- Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned

Submit a Return Request

1. Log in to your SŚAINT account
Click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the website.

2. Enter your email address
Use the email address associated with your original order. A 6-digit login code will be sent to you to access your account.

3. Select the items to return
Once logged in, go to your order and choose the item(s) you wish to return. From the dropdown menu, select the reason for your return and submit your request.
4. Customer service review
Your return request will be sent to our Customer Service team for review. Requests are approved or denied in accordance with our Return Policy.
5. Receive return instructions
If approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your items for a store credit.


Risk-Free Fragrances

Try our fragrances risk-free!

When you purchase a full bottle (50ml or 100ml), you’ll receive a 3ml sample scent to try before committing. If the fragrance isn’t right for you, the full bottle can be returned for store credit. Returns must be unopened and unused. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense


Faulty Items

Received a faulty or damaged item? We’ve got you covered.

- If your item is faulty or damaged, please email our Customer Experience team. (customerservice@ssaint.com.au.)

- Include photos or a short video showing the issue.

- Faulty items are eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.
