As we continue to expand both locally and internationally, we're looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our brand marketing strategy while overseeing the creative execution that brings every campaign to life.

Working closely with the founders, you'll own the marketing calendar, lead campaign strategy, oversee creative production and collaborate across Product, Creative and Ecommerce to ensure every customer touchpoint feels unmistakably SŚAINT.

About You

You are a driven and creative marketing professional who leads with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

With 5+ years' experience across Marketing, Brand, PR and Influencer Marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty or lifestyle, you understand how to build meaningful connections through exceptional storytelling and memorable brand experiences.

You're equally comfortable developing an annual marketing strategy as you are directing a campaign shoot, briefing creatives, analysing performance, planning events or managing influencer partnerships.

A natural collaborator, you thrive working cross-functionally with Creative, Product Development, Ecommerce and Wholesale teams to ensure every campaign is cohesive, strategically aligned and beautifully executed across every customer touchpoint.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute the annual and seasonal marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Own the marketing calendar across product launches, retail activations, wholesale initiatives and key brand moments.

  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, defining objectives, timelines and deliverables across all marketing channels.

  • Develop comprehensive campaign briefs for Creative, Social, PR, Influencer and Retail teams.

  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate investment across channels to maximise brand awareness, customer engagement and campaign impact.

  • Analyse marketing campaign performance and brand initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to continually improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce Specialist to ensure campaign assets, messaging and launch timing are aligned across digital channels and support commercial objectives.


Creative Direction & Campaign Development

  • Lead the creative development and execution of seasonal campaigns, hero campaigns, product launches, lookbooks, digital photoshoots and brand content initiatives.

  • Own the end-to-end creative workflow across all marketing channels, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on brand and aligned with business objectives.

  • Direct creative execution on set across campaign, social, content and digital shoots, ensuring every asset reflects SŚAINT's premium aesthetic.

  • Provide creative leadership and direction to photographers, videographers, stylists, talent, production teams and external creative partners.

  • Translate campaign concepts into compelling creative narratives, content strategies and channel-specific execution plans.

  • Develop comprehensive creative briefs for Social, PR, Influencer, Retail and Creative teams, ensuring clear direction and aligned execution.

  • Partner closely with the Founders and Product Development team to ensure every campaign reflects the broader brand vision.

  • Coordinate campaign rollout plans, production timelines, deliverables and stakeholder responsibilities across departments.

  • Review and approve all creative assets before publication, maintaining consistency, quality and effectiveness across every customer touchpoint.

  • Maintain and evolve SŚAINT's visual identity across photography, video, digital content, retail collateral, packaging and wholesale materials.

  • Support campaign production planning and budget management while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.

  • Drive creative innovation by identifying emerging trends, content formats and cultural moments that keep SŚAINT relevant, aspirational and ahead of the market.


Brand Guardianship

  • Act as the guardian of the SŚAINT brand, ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint.

  • Champion the evolution of the brand identity while maintaining alignment with SŚAINT's vision, values and long-term strategy.

  • Ensure all campaigns, partnerships, events and communications strengthen brand equity and deliver a premium customer experience.

  • Identify opportunities to elevate the brand through innovative storytelling, cultural relevance and strategic partnerships.


Brand, Content & Community

  • Lead the brand content strategy across social media, PR, retail, wholesale and marketing communications, collaborating with the Ecommerce Specialist to support digital campaigns and website content.

  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging and visual identity across every customer touchpoint.

  • Collaborate with Product Development and the Ecommerce Specialist to develop compelling storytelling around collections, fragrance launches and collaborations, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all channels.

  • Develop meaningful partnerships, collaborations and community initiatives that strengthen the SŚAINT brand.

  • Plan and execute product launches, media events, community activations and brand experiences that build awareness, strengthen community and deepen customer connection.



PR, Influencer & Partnerships

  • Own the end-to-end influencer and creator marketing program across both paid and gifted partnerships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, creators, ambassadors and key brand partners.

  • Coordinate product seeding and gifting initiatives.

  • Manage PR opportunities, press releases, launches and brand collaborations.

  • Measure and report on influencer performance, earned media value and campaign success.


Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Creative, Product Development, Ecommerce, Customer Experience and Wholesale teams to ensure aligned campaign planning and execution across the business.

  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, providing clear direction, coaching and development opportunities.

  • Lead weekly campaign planning meetings and manage project timelines across departments.

  • Build scalable marketing systems and creative processes that support business growth.

  • Foster a collaborative, creative and high-performing team culture.


Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in Marketing, Brand, PR or Influencer Marketing within fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.

  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.

  • Strong creative direction skills with experience managing campaign shoots and content production.

  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills.

  • Strong understanding of brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, content strategy and integrated campaign management.

  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers and external creative partners.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience planning, managing or collaborating on Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) is strongly desirable, with an understanding of paid social strategy, campaign objectives, creative best practice and performance analysis.

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise campaign effectiveness.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications or PR are highly regarded.

  • Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms to improve productivity, streamline workflows, generate ideas and support content creation is highly regarded.

  • A curiosity for emerging technologies and a willingness to embrace AI as part of everyday marketing and creative processes will be viewed favourably.
